Mattel’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led global communities that play an important role in fostering community and culture, enhancing the employee experience, providing development opportunities, and supporting outreach efforts where we live, work, and play. Our ERGs are key business partners for achieving purposeful play by advising Mattel business units and brands on how we can speak to our consumers authentically by representing the world as they see and imagine it.
