The Mattel APAC organization is comprised of commercial, product design, development, manufacturing and product delivery, and currently employs more than 3,000 people across 12 countries.

Mattel China features Mattel-themed conference rooms and spaces to relax with teammates, and parks, gymnasiums, movie theatres, bookshops, and museums are nearby. Located in one of the city’s most beautiful spots, the Mattel Hong Kong office sits above a shopping mall overlooking Victoria Harbour, with incredible views of skyscrapers, historic buildings and parks. The spirit of play is brought to life with events like Coffee with Country Manager, “Play@Mattel” activities, a cricket league, and engagement sessions. Mattel India’s primary philanthropic effort is Project Udaan with Masoom, promoting quality education for marginalized girls.
A short walk to Kebayoran train station, Lebak Bulus bus station, and Pondok Indah Mosque, this bright office features shower/change room facilities, daily snacks, and a pantry, with cafes and markets in the building. The spirit of play is brought to life with annual team meetings, “Play@Mattel” activities, monthly engagement activities, and Kids at Work days. Mattel Indonesia’s primary philanthropic effort is to spread happiness and boost spirits with Sayap Ibu, an organization dedicated to children with special needs.
Close to the Kanda station and numerous cafes/restaurants, this office features shared spaces to collaborate, eat snacks, and play games with a culture that encourages working flexibly with discipline. We connect through seasonal parties, sporting events, and futsal with customers. Mattel Japan partners with several charity groups to support kids, donating toys, participating in informational sessions, and guest speaking.

The Mattel Korea office is located in WeWork office space in Gangnam-daero. The office site offers breakout areas and business lounge. We’re a small team with a family-like atmosphere where we celebrate festivals with gifts and a company lunch.
Our building features a 60-acre fully integrated residential/commercial enclave, retail and recreational facilities, a lifestyle center, and a six-acre central park. The culture at Mattel Malaysia is all about being open, collaborative, friendly, fun, trusting, and respectful. We collaborate with local children’s homes on annual philanthropic programs and celebrate major holidays as a team.
The NZ team operates out of the Geyser building with a leading 6-star green rating, located just a few kilometers from Auckland City Centre and the famous Auckland Harbour. With a small team of sales professionals, New Zealand Mattel is a tight-knit crew that benefits from the rich global culture of Mattel, with a passion for local philanthropic endeavors.
